Our Story

Our mission is simple: create outdoor spaces where families can build lasting memories. Owner Mike Funk began his journey in construction working part-time for CDK General Construction, while attending University of Washington.

Fast forward, Mike joined Eastside Fence & Deck as a project manager. There he refined his expertise in designing, estimating, and constructing outdoor living spaces while developing strong relationships with homeowners.

Today, Funk Builders is built on the craftsmanship of Eddie and Roger, who honed their carpentry skills over the past 15 years. Their experience and dedication form the backbone of the building team. With commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and customer relationships, each project completed reflecting our company mission.
